What is gold-filled jewelry and how does it differ from gold plating?
Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick layer of solid gold pressure-bonded to a base metal. It contains 100x more gold than gold plating, making it tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and durable for everyday wear.
Can I wear my S-kin Studio pieces in the shower?
Yes, our gold-filled pieces are designed to be water-resistant. However, to maintain the luster of your jewelry over many years, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and chlorinated pools.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We stand by our quality and offer a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental breakage, normal wear and tear, or improper storage.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes, we are committed to the environment. All orders are shipped in FSC-certified recycled cardboard boxes and compostable mailers to minimize our ecological footprint.
